2. What EliteRankeds is

EliteRankeds is a free Discord bot that organizes competitive queues and matches with Elo, together with a website (https://rankeds.elitestorm.es) and a read-only public API that display the rankings. Using the bot, the website or the API means accepting these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Manipulate results, votes or Elo, or use multiple accounts to do so.
• Use the bot to harass or impersonate others or to spread illegal content.
• Attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the bot, the website, the API or the infrastructure.
• Bypass the API limits or scrape data in bulk outside of it.

We may limit or remove access to the service for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Each server's responsibility

Each Discord server configures its own queues, and its staff decides on disputed results, warnings and sanctions within that server. EliteRankeds provides the tool, but it does not moderate servers and is not responsible for the decisions of their staff.

5. Public API

The public API (https://api.elitestorm.es/rankeds/v1/docs) can be used for free to build your own websites, widgets or bots, as long as you respect its limits and these terms. Crediting EliteRankeds as the source of the data is appreciated. We may change the limits or block abusive use.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is, free of charge and without any guarantee of continuous availability or of being error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use or from its unavailability.

7. Intellectual property

The name, logo and design of EliteRankeds belong to its owner. Players' names and avatars belong to their users and come from Discord. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.; EliteRankeds is not affiliated with Discord.

8. Links

The website may link to third-party sites (for example, the Discord invite). We are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence are respected.
